GP Ready by MediCheckMe helps people describe and record their symptoms and prepare for conversations with their GP or another healthcare professional. It does not assess causes or urgency.
The platform does not provide a diagnosis and is not a replacement for medical advice. Instead, it helps users organise what they have experienced and create a clearer summary for a GP, pharmacist, NHS 111 or another healthcare professional.
GP Ready is provided as an appointment-preparation and personal health record service. Its safety information links to independent NHS resources; it is not an NHS service or NHS-approved symptom triage.
What MediCheckMe does
