MediCheckMe helps people prepare for GP appointments by documenting their symptoms and questions. We're seeking independent private GP partners who may want to receive appointment enquiries from patients who have chosen their service.

2. Consultation services and patient prices

Different GPs may charge different prices. Enter the total fee you normally charge patients for each consultation type. Leave services you don't offer blank. These figures won't be published automatically.

Would you be willing to travel to provide GP consultations?

MediStay is a separate accommodation service operated by MediStay Ltd. Your response is for internal partnership planning only and is not automatically shared with MediStay, used to make a reservation, or a commitment to fund accommodation. We would discuss arrangements with you separately.

I permit MediCheckMe to consider publishing my practice's business address and map location only if we later agree a verified public GP directory listing. This does not authorise immediate publication.

4. Referrals, prescribing and clinical governance

Clinical care and onward referrals will remain the responsibility of the registered GP provider. These questions help us assess whether we can form a suitable partnership.
